Chinese takeaway style Crispy 'Beef'
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1 Onion, sliced
1 Red pepper, chopped
3 Garlic cloves, chopped
20 g Ginger, grated
1 Red chilli, chopped
Cornflour
180 g Vegan beef pieces (I recommend Dopsu)
Salt to taste
sesame seeds and spring onions to serve
Sauce
2 tbsp Black vinegar
2 tbsp Ketchup
1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
1 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
0.50 tbsp Maple syrup

Lightly coat 'beef' pieces in cornflour and fry until crispy - set aside.

Mix sauce ingredients and set aside.

Heat sesame oil in pan, add onions and pepper until soft and then add ginger, garlic and chilli.

Reduce heat then add sauce and finally beef pieces.

Serve with rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds and springs onions.
