The best stuffing for Christmas dinner or any roast dinner!
1 Large onion
500 g Vegan sausage meat (Richmond or Meatless Farm are great!)
1 cup Crushed cornflakes
1 Flax egg (1 tbsp flax seed whisked with 2.5tbsp water, rested in fridge for 10 mins)
4 tbsp Chopped parsley (optional)
Salt & Pepper
Vegan bacon slices (to line the tin)

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl (Except the bacon)

Grease a loaf tin and line with the bacon

Put the mixture in the lined tin and cover with foil

Bake in the oven in a roasting tray with water at 190 for 40 minutes

Remove the foil for 10 minutes at the end
