This is incredible and great for a big sharing bowl with friends. It can be made a day in advance and kept in the fridge.
1 Can refried beans
1 cup Queso cheese sauce
1 cup Guacamole
1 cup Pico de gallo
1 Yellow pepper (diced small)
0.25 cup Black olives (sliced)

To assemble the dip: Spread out vegetarian refried beans, then top with cheese layer, then guacamole, then pico or salsa, then bell pepper, then black olives, then cilantro.
