Yummy muffins
2 cups Flour (300g)
1 cup Light brown sugar (215g)
½ tsp Salt
1 tbsp Baking powder
1 cup Almond milk (235ml)
½ cup Oil (120ml)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
150 g Blueberries (frozen or fresh) - Can use raspberries too

Pre heat cooker to 200c

Mix flour, sugar, salt & baking powder together

In a separate bowl mix milk, oil and vanilla extract

Mix wet ingredients into dry and add the fruit

Pour into muffin cases and cook for 18 minutes
