Very quick easy tasty cookies
Measure out the self raising flour, sugar, oats and bicarbonate of soda into a large mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Measure out the vegan butter and golden syrup into a small pan and cook over -medium-low heat, stirring every few minutes, until melted.
Pour the melted margarine mixture into the mixing bowl with the dry ingredients. Use a wooden spoon to stir the wet ingredients into the dry until a dough forms.
Dollop in blobs on a baking sheet and cook at 180 for 8 minutes.
