Savoury Crumble (Parmesan Alternative)

Salty, cheesy deliciousness...perfect alternative to parmesan and you can alter/omit ingredients to your own taste.

Yields1 Serving

 2 tbsp Oil (I use olive but any is fine)
 5 tbsp Nutritional Yeast (Nooch)
 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
 2 tbsp cashews
 ¼ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp Truffle Oil (Optional extra)
 ¼ tsp Garlic Powder (Optional extra)

Heat oil in frying pan and then add nooch and fry at a medium heat until nooch starts to turn golden

Add salt to nooch, remove from heat and allow to cool

Whiz up nooch, cashews and sesame seeds in a small blender until broken down and fine. Add truffle oil/garlic powder (if using) and whiz for a few extra seconds. If adding truffle oil, the texture will change slightly to be more like a thin crumble.
